I started cigs when I was really young. It was the hugest mistake of my life. Now I'm much older and I have chronic copd. I have found stopping is literally impossible. I used all of the quit smoking tools but none of them helped me stop. Then I heard about the e cig. The e cigarette uses a nicotine fluid that consists of simply nicotine. No toxic substances at all. They have literally changed my life. Stopping breathing in cancerous substances feels great!

in australia the gov banned these things. i would like to buy some now . electric cigarettes look great and i betcha its almost like inhaling fresh air compared to smoking. i smoke a pack-a-day … i need stop smoking.
